Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using AIM (the "Service"), and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service": all mobile and web applications and related features provided by AIM.
  • "User": any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  • "Content": all data created by users in the Service, including todos, workout records, goals, and nutrition data.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to Terms)

  • These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
  • The Terms may be updated when needed. Material changes will be announced in advance through an in-app notice or this page.
  • Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  • The Service provides features such as todo management, workout logging, goal planning, and nutrition management.
  • Service features may be changed for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Impersonating or using another person's information
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Using the Service for illegal or improper purposes
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying the Service by any method

Article 6 (Restriction and Suspension of Service)

Use of the Service may be restricted or suspended in the following cases.

  • Maintenance, inspection, replacement, or other technical necessity
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters or national emergencies
  • Violation of these Terms by the user

Article 7 (Account Deletion and Data Removal)

  • Users may terminate their use contract at any time through Settings > Delete Account in the app.
  • Upon account deletion, all user content and personal data are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  • The Service makes reasonable efforts to protect user data but is not legally liable for data loss caused by technical failures, security incidents, or hacking.
  • Any outcomes based on user-entered health or workout data are for reference only and do not replace professional medical advice.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Any dispute related to the Service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
